When the college receives the job requirements, the students may register for the companies they want to interview with. The registered students' details will be sent to the companies. On the day of the interview, the companies’ HR will conduct a series of interviews including, one-to-one discussion, written test, and group discussion, and the final level of interview. Post which the offer letter will be released and the students will go through a pre-joining training process before being onboarded in the respective companies.
CMRIT’s placement cell comprises experienced industry experts for the students to provide a good industry exposure and guidance. The college also provides placement training for the students to develop job-related skills.
