More than 157 companies visit the BIT campus annually for the recruitment of students for both UG and PG programmes. Furthermore, Bangalore Institute of Technology's average package is above 6.5 Lakh per annum and the highest package is above 13 Lakh per annum.

BIT Placements Process

• Every year, the enrollment process for placements begins when students come to pre-final year.
• Each department will have one faculty member and two student coordinators to facilitate training and placement activities.
• The coordinators organize mock tests and group discussions in their respective classes. External trainers are invited to train the students on solving aptitude tests, preparing for group discussions, interview facing skills, and technical skills.
• Each year, the institution invites more than 300 reputed companies to visit and recruit our students for internships and full-time jobs.
• BIT sends assessment forms to companies in advance so they can assess their institute before visiting for recruitment.
• Provide all the required information to the companies, and based on that information, they decide whether or not to visit the campus for recruitment.
• More than one hundred and twenty companies visit BIT to recruit students for internship and full-time job placement. More than five hundred students have been placed in their dream jobs through our placement center.
